Rivington Pike Tower, Winter Hill, Bolton added to Monuments in North West by markas on 01/08/2022

Best place to park is the Pigeon Tower Car park, this is free but it is locked in the evening. https://w3w.co/helper.dramatic.brotherly From the car park it is quite a trek up to the tower and uphill all the way, there are other things to see around the tower such as the Pigeon Tower, Rivington Terrace Gardens and some reservoirs close by so plenty to keep you occupied. As for the tower:

The Pike Tower is a Grade II* listed building on the summit. Built by John Andrews of Rivington Hall in 1733 on the site of an ancient beacon using its stone for the foundations. It was built as a hunting lodge. Square in plan with sides 16 feet (4.9 m) in length and 20 feet (6.1 m) high, it was built with a wooden roof, three windows and a door all of which are now blocked up.

The roof was slate and hidden by a parapet with pointed corners and intermediate steps, originally built with a small cellar measuring 5 ft by 3 ft by 5 ft, a corner stone fireplace and chimney and stone floor slabs. The materials were brought in by horse and cart from Warrington; windows and glass came from Chorley. The internal features and roof had gone before the rebuild.

Liverpool City Council, the former owner, neglected the tower and planned to demolish it in 1967, after a public outcry and legal action the land and building was transferred to Chorley Rural District Council in 1971 who rebuilt the main external stonework of building in 1974 and completed further work in the 1990s. The Pike Hill and tower are owned and managed by Chorley Council.

Oxleas Woods, Greenwich (By llanero)

The area offers a good spot for learning, specially from Mondays to Fridays. TOAL from anywhere on the green. Actually not from the car park as it is surrounded by trees and there may be some interference from the RF equipment on the near mast (right opposite to the water tower). Worth mentioning that Oxleas Woods is not classed as a park.
Be mindful of visitors during weekends from April to October.
Wouldn't recommend to fly across Rochester Way towards Eltham Park North unless you have a strong control of your UAS (you would be flying BVLOS)

Camusdarach Beach (By JoeC)

Camusdarach Beach, in the West Highlands of Scotland, was the location for shooting the beach scenes in the 1983 film "Local Hero" starring Burt Lancaster.

It's a bit of a walk from the carpark - not a long one, but uneven ground and loose, dry sand. The carpark was pretty busy when we arrived and we had to wait for a space.

The Silver Sands of Morar (By JoeC)

The Silver Sands of Morar on the West Coast of Scotland. A stunning collection of silver-white beaches with clear blue water.

The area is very popular with tourists so you may need to queue for the carpark (which is pay-and-display). But once parked, the walk to the beach is easy enough (though there are a few steps).

There are public toilets at the carpark.

I've marked my TOAL spot, but it's a long beach (when the tide is out) so have at it.

Word of warning - the tide came in quite quickly and my TOAL was starting to get a little damp by the time I landed ;)

Plenty of space for flying, low foot traffic and isn't a built up area.

Scammonden Water, Kirklees (By ITPhotos)

A great location where you can fly straight from the car park. The M62 runs over the dam creating amazing opportunities for long exposures after dark. There's an odd tower thing sticking out of the water near the dam which is ilt up at night too. There's a sailing club and outdoor pursuits centre nearby so there's opportunities to capture boats on the water, though you have to be aware of overflying if there's a lot of people on the water.
It's worth noting that the car park closes at 6pm so make sure not to get locked in. There's plenty of parking on the road adjacent to the car park.

Loch Thom, Inverclyde, Kilmacolm, Quarriers, Greenock Upper East/Central (By IanC2002)

This is the beautiful Loch Thom on the Old Largs Road between Largs and Gourock, Inverclyde.

Where I flew from is off the road up a track, perfectly legal in Scotland as we have no Trespass Laws for land like this. This is a great vantage point as it is above the loch.

Although the hills to the left have Orange Significance Warnings, the Loch and Reservoir do not.
