Where can I fly my drone in the UK?

You can fly because:

You can fly in the Over People (A1) Open sub-category.
Your drone is small enough or class-marked appropriately for Over People (A1) (under 250g, or UK0/C0 or UK1/C1 or equivalent).
In Over People (A1) you may fly close to and over uninvolved people, provided you never endanger anyone and you never fly over crowds.
You do not need an A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) to fly in the Over People (A1) sub-category.
You must still follow the Drone and Model Aircraft Code, including the 120m height limit and any airspace restrictions.
Your UK class marked drone is Remote ID capable and you do not need to fit a separate Remote ID transmitter. As required by the CAA, your drone will automatically start broadcasting Remote ID from 1st January 2026.
Use the Drone Scene map to check for any NOTAMs or Airspace Restrictions in the area before you take off.

You told us that your drone or model aircraft has a UK class mark of UK1.
You told us that you do not hold an A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC).
You told us that you do not hold an Article 16 Operational Authorisation.
You told us that you may fly directly above people who are not involved in your flight.
You told us the closest you will get to uninvolved people is between 0 metres and 30 metres.
You told us you plan to fly in or over an industrial, commercial or residential area.
